  • Is this per user? Or per site?

    It's per site, so if you have two different businesses you want a Kickstart for, you'll need to buy two of them.

  • What comes with it?

    You get exactly what Spreedly is now: a fantastic time-based subscription billing service. Be sure to read our FAQ and understand how we interact with payment gateways before pulling the trigger.

  • Can I get a refund?

    We're offering full refunds within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked - just drop us a support email. After 30 days you're stuck with us!

  • How long is forever?

    Forever is throughout Spreedly's lifetime, which we expect to be long and healthy. Even if Spreedly were to get acquired, we'd make sure our Kickstarters were taken care of.

  • Can Kickstarts be transferred?

    Basically - you can repurpose a Kickstarted site for a new or different business at any time.

  • I'm just not ready to buy: how long will this be available?

    We're only offering 100 Kickstarts this time around, and we make no guarantees about offering a similar deal again in the future. Of course, we think Spreedly's a stellar deal even without the Kickstart, but if you want a super-stellar deal then you'd best act now!

  • If I buy one do I get a guarantee you'll implement feature X?

    Nope. The Spreedly team still owns the future direction of Spreedly. That said, we'll be listening especially closely to our Kickstarters.
