Iridium Setup Guide

This guide will walk you through the process of getting set up to collect payments via the Iridium gateway.

Notes:

• It is highly recommended that you run at least one successful real money transaction through Spreedly before exposing it to your customers.
• If you find any discrepancies between this document and the actual process, please let us know. We do not have ongoing access to the payment gateway backends and thus rely on our clients to help us keep these guides updated.

Prerequisites

You will need to get a production API username and password from Iridium before you can use the gateway. This is different than the username and password you use to log in to the Iridium Merchant Management System.

Configure Spreedly

Drill down into the payment gateways configuration:

Add a new gateway:

Select Iridium:

Now fill in the three fields, using the API USERID and password you just created:

As a final step, select which payment methods to use with Iridium:

You should now be all set to go. As mentioned above, we highly recommend you run at least one real money transaction before exposing Spreedly to your customers.
