Quickbooks Merchant Services Setup Guide

This guide will walk you through the process of getting set up to collect payments via Quickbooks Merchant Services (QBMS).

Notes:

• It is highly recommended that you run at least one successful real money transaction through Spreedly before exposing it to your customers.
• If you find any discrepancies between this document and the actual process, please let us know. We do not have ongoing access to the payment gateway backends and thus rely on our clients to help us keep these guides updated.

Prerequisites

You will need to have your production QBMS account set up.

Configure Spreedly

Drill down into the payment gateways configuration:

Add a new gateway:

Select Quickbooks Merchant Services from the list:

Now follow the link on the page (it should open in a new window) and authorize Spreedly for access:

At the end of that process you'll receive a ticket:

Now paste the ticket into the ticket field and hit save:

As a final step, select which payment methods to use with QBMS:

You should now be all set to go. As mentioned above, we highly recommend you run at least one real money transaction before exposing Spreedly to your customers.
