We're pleased to announce that in June 2015, 28 months after launching our new service and pivoting away from subscriptions, we're now seeing more than $1 billion handled by the Spreedly platform annually.
For context, in June 2014 we were running at an annualized payment volume of just over $300 million. Since Spreedly is software as a service, we don't directly take a percentage of revenue.
Nevertheless, as a payments company this is a key milestone that reflects the value we provide marketplaces and platforms via a universal credit card tokenization offering that works with a world of financial partners.
