Here's a great story from a Spreedly customer. Show Grounds is focused in on the equestrian market. One of the things they do is help Equestrian centers more effectively bill their customers. They awoke early Sunday morning, often the busiest day for equestrian centers, to discover one of their largest customers couldn't accept payments. Their payment gateway was down and not responding.
