Spreedly Announces New Board Member Lee Kirkpatrick

Welcomes Industry Veteran in High-Growth Technology Companies

Kirkpatrick is an experienced CFO and COO with a successful track record growing and scaling leading edge and disruptive technology companies. Most recently, he served as CFO of Twilio Inc. where he helped scale the organization from $15M through an IPO to $800M in annualized revenue. During this time he raised over $1B in capital and executed the multi-billion dollar acquisition for Sendgrid (SEND). Prior to Twilio, he joined several early stage companies, two of which grew to over $100M in annualized revenue. He brings to Spreedly deep expertise in finance, operations, and corporate development helping hyper-growth software companies to scale and execute efficiently.
