Each month since we've updated the page to present the latest data on a static page. Over time we saw large changes for some gateways.
Some large enough to make us question whether we had broken something on our end. Yet customer's confirmed via conversations with their gateways that fraud filters at times were turned too high and were subsequently adjusted.
So we created a view that showed changes over time. In fact, we created a couple of different views.
Today we're announcing PGI "Labs" to allow you to explore the data and watch change over time.
For Spreedly customers we're going to look to ways where we can start giving you more "real time" notifications - most likely in the second half of the year. You could then engage your payment gateway in real time and/or route traffic through another payment gateway until the situation settles down.
